Meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm

Present: Council Members Bryan, Randles, Harper, Benaka, Trower
City Attorney Luckman, Superintendent Clinkenbeard, Chief of Police Smart, City Clerk Magwire
Pledge of Allegiance recited.
